What is a “Special Make”?

Hanna has been known to use left over fabrics (first quality) to make additional items in the season or year following production of the original collection.  These additional items are usually simple in design and available in their outlet locations.  They are the same high-quality prints and construction, but lack the details and embellishments of the originals.  An item of this sort is considered a Special Make.  Here are a few examples:

Hidden Cottage (Holiday 2005) original has two prints, peter pan collar, buttons, pocket, etc:
